Updating address(es)
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
- An active OneBank online banking account
- Your User ID and Password for online banking
- Your new address information
Steps to Update Your Address Online
1. Log in to Your Online Banking Account
a. Visit our website at www.OneBank.com
b. Click on 'Log In' at the top right corner of the page.
c. Enter your User ID and Password, then click 'Log In'.
2. Navigate to Your Profile
a. Once logged in, click on your name or 'Profile' at the top right corner of the page.
b. Select 'Account Settings' or 'Profile Settings' from the dropdown menu.
3. Update Your Address
a. In the 'Account Settings' or 'Profile Settings' page, look for the 'Contact Information' or 'Address' section.
b. Click on 'Edit' or 'Update' next to your current address.
c. Enter your new address in the provided fields (Street Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Country).
d. Click on 'Save Changes' or 'Update Address' to save your new address.
4. Verify the Update
a. After saving the changes, you should see a confirmation message.
b. Review your updated address to ensure it's accurate.
5. Log Out
a. For your security, always remember to log out when you're finished with online banking.
b. Click on your name or 'Profile' at the top right corner of the page, then select 'Log Out'.
