Universal Network Call Blocking (UNCB)

We have implemented Universal Network-Level Call Blocking (UNCB) to provide our customers with a better phone experience. UNCB should help reduce some unwanted, unsolicited, spammed or spoofed phone calls, although it will not block all calls you may not want to receive.

UNCB was applied to all Eastlink Residential and Business landline and mobile phones in early 2020.
