Find Your Trip
You'll need your 6-character confirmation (also called a ‘Record Locator’).
If you don't know your Record Locator, you can find it in the confirmation email you received
when you booked your trip.

Choose From the Toolbar
Choose 'Change trip' or 'Cancel trip' in the top toolbar and follow the prompts.
Check Your email
When you’re done, we'll send you an email with the information you need, including your ticket number.

Step-By-Step
Change Fees
Whether you can change your reservation and how much it costs depends on the type of booking you have.
Changes or cancellations within 24-hours of the initial booking are free of charge as long as the following are true:
- The booking is at least 1 week before the beginning of the reservation
- You did not select a cheaper booking option that explicitly states that the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
Cancelling a Reservation
Customers may cancel a reservation prior to the day of the reservation check-in date, both online, through the app, or through the contact center. A $100 cancellation fee may apply. Reservations cannot be changed after 12:00am local time on the reservation check-in date. In these cases, customers must reach out to the contact center, as the online portal and app will not be able to assist.
Late Cancellations
Depending on when a reservation is cancelled in relation to the check-in date, it may be considered a late cancellation and an additional amount may be withheld.
