Finding a Health Insurance ID Card

Your OneHealth insurance ID card is a crucial tool for accessing healthcare services and benefits. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to obtain your ID card.

1. New Members:

  • Waiting Period: After enrolling in a OneHealth plan, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
  • ID Card Delivery: Once your enrollment is processed, your ID card will be mailed to the address you provided during registration. You should receive it within 14 business days.

2. Existing Members:

  • Need a Replacement Card? If your ID card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement.
  • Requesting a Replacement Card:
    • Online: Log in to your secure member portal at OneHealth.com and navigate to the "ID Card" section. From there, you can request a new card.
    • Phone: Call our Member Services team at 1-800-ONE-HEALTH (1-800-663-4325), available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
    • Mobile App: Download the OneHealth mobile app, log in to your account, and tap on the "ID Card" option to request a new one.

3. Digital ID Card:

  • Go Green: For your convenience and to support environmental sustainability, OneHealth offers digital ID cards.
  • Accessing Your Digital ID Card: Log in to your member portal or mobile app. Navigate to the "ID Card" section, and you'll find your digital ID card ready for use.

4. Important Information:

  • Temporary ID Card: If you need to access healthcare services before receiving your ID card, you can print a temporary ID card from your member portal or request one from our Member Services team.
  • Updating Information: Ensure your contact information and address are up-to-date in our records to prevent any delays in receiving your ID card. You can update your information by logging into your member portal or contacting our Member Services team.

5. Using Your ID Card:

  • Present your ID card along with a valid photo ID at your healthcare provider's office or when filling prescriptions.
  • Your ID card contains essential information, such as your member ID number, group number, and plan details, which healthcare providers need to verify your coverage.
