What you'll need to complete a Balance Transfer

There are four different types of balance transfers Citi supports.   They differ in how and where the funds are sent.  This is what you'll need to complete each type of balance transfer:

1. Pay your Credit Card, Loan or Other Creditor.  What you'll need:
   • Total Amount Due
   • Account Number
   • Creditor Name and Address
2. Get money deposited directly into your bank account.  What you'll need:
   • Bank account number
   • ABA routing number
   • Note: Direct deposit may not be available in all instances.
